Inside Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

Sales Engagement & Lead Qualification

• Perform high-volume outbound outreach and handle inbound leads.
  
• Qualify prospects using BANT or similar frameworks and conduct discovery calls.
  
• Nurture early-stage leads and route qualified opportunities to sales teams.
  

Market & Product Knowledge

• Understand a wide range of tech solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, SaaS).
  
• Communicate value propositions clearly and tailor messaging to industry trends.
  

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
  
• Log all interactions and use tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, Demandbase.
  

Collaboration & Processes

• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to improve lead flow.
  
• Follow SLAs, compliance, and attend training, QA sessions, and team meetings.
  

Administrative & Development Tasks

• Provide daily/weekly performance reports.
  
• Support GTM campaigns and cross-functional projects.
  
• Engage in continuous learning.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  
• Customer-centric, data-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  
• Proficient with CRM, productivity, and sales tools; multilingual ability is a plus.
  
• Familiar with sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN) and GTM strategies.
