Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) & Microsoft Software solutions
  • Handle outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Map customer needs and align them with ERP/CRM offerings
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales and pre-sales team
  • Maintain CRM discipline and track the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience in IT/Software/SaaS
  • Exposure to ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft software, or related software sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, MS CRM)
  • Understanding of B2B technology sales

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners
  • ERP domain knowledge
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
