Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Title: Inside Sales Executive / Inside Sales ManagerExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: Bangalore (Onsite)Department: SalesReports To: Sales HeadIndustry: Cybersecurity / Technology Solutions Job Summary: Were seeking a dynamic and goal driven Inside Sales professional with over 3 + years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity domain. The idealcandidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue by engaging clients through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and CRM platforms.Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Understand client requirements and effectively pitch our cybersecurity or technology solutions.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across SMBs and enterprise clients.Schedule demos and virtual meetings for solution consultants or technical sales teams.Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, follow-up on MQLs, and provide feedback for content.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Prepare and share weekly reports and forecasting with the sales leadership team Required Skills & Qualification:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity domain.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong CRM experience and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and highly organized with a result-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualification: Experience selling cybersecurity products or services is a strong plus. Exposure to international markets (US, UK, APAC) is an added advantage.
