Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Inside SalesExecutive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. Requires a minimum of 1-3years of experience in inside sales, a strong track record of success, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: · Generate new business leads through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential customers · Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business · Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales pitches to customers · Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing , operations and commercial teams. · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer based through the leads provided. · Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty · Analyse sales data and the quality of the sales calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement · Mentor and train junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge Requirements: · 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment · Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse sales data and market trends · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines · Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously · Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools · Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in the inside sales in B2B industry, with knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics · Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling · Certification in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) · Experience with sales analytics and data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau Note: Direct Face to Face interview on 23/05/2025 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Experience: Inside sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
