Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Kochi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, following up on leads, and managing customer accounts. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the telecom or cloud services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
