Inside Sales

You will be responsible for qualifying inbound sales leads and proactively making outbound calls and emails on a daily basis in order to generate new sales and revenue, with a focus on transactional business opportunities. Your role will also involve establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, diligently tracking leads, and evaluating customer interest while effectively managing a consistent sales pipeline. Collaboration with sales teams is crucial to ensure a seamless lead handoff for opportunity management, where you will connect ideaForge's value proposition to cold contacts. In addition, you will be required to provide valuable feedback on lead quality, work closely with teams on target lists, call strategies, and messaging to enhance demand generation efforts. It is essential to stay up-to-date on ideaForge products, industry trends, and best CRM practices to optimize productivity and provide customers with a superior experience throughout their journey.
