Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Enterprise Merchant Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise merchants. Day-to-day tasks include developing relationships with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate onboarding, and providing ongoing support to ensure merchant satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of GetePay's platform and offerings to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of Digital Payments, Commerce Solutions, and Financial Technology Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Experience in creating and executing strategic plans for merchant acquisition Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Experience in the digital payments or fintech industry is a plus
