Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Enterprise Merchant Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise merchants. Day-to-day tasks include developing relationships with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate onboarding, and providing ongoing support to ensure merchant satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of GetePay's platform and offerings to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Digital Payments, Commerce Solutions, and Financial Technology
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in creating and executing strategic plans for merchant acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the digital payments or fintech industry is a plus
