As an Inside Sales Representative in Mumbai-Thane, India, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through lead generation, client engagement, and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups. - Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our company can meet those needs. - Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives. - Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries and objections effectively. - CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a successful track record in cold calling and lead generation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred skills that would be advantageous: - Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry. - Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
