Inside Sales Executives

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales through Travel Agents by identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will work on new client onboarding, training, relationship building, and retention to close deals efficiently. Your role will involve market research, cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups to acquire new clients and expand business relationships. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services, provide value-based consultations to clients, and offer solutions to their business challenges. It will be essential to handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals by aligning solutions effectively with client needs. Regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and progress to the Sales Manager will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to engage with senior decision-makers and present solutions effectively. Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
