Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales through Travel Agents across various locations. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, understanding our products/services, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential B2B clients in the travel sector through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups - Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and strengthen existing business relationships - Provide value-based consultations to clients, offering solutions to their business challenges - Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, while regularly reporting on sales performance to the Sales Manager - Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals by effectively aligning solutions with client needs - Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to drive business growth and foster strong relationships Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers - Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools In addition to a competitive salary and performance-based incentives, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
