Job Description

Inside Sales Executives

core sales role

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
in your assigned regional language
Educate customers about solar rooftop systems, subsidies, and savings
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and suggest suitable system sizes
Share proposals, quotations, and follow up on WhatsApp and calls
Coordinate with
field Solar Consultants
for site visits and closures
Update all lead details and progress in the
CRM
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in
any one language:
Hindi / Marathi / Kannada / Malayalam (must be able to read, write, and speak fluently) along with English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or solar energy preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and CRM tools (training will be provided)
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate (any stream)
