Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
incoming leads
from Meta campaigns, website, and referrals, and reach out via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements (residential & commercial rooftops) and suggest the best solar solution.
Conduct basic
system sizing
and share budgetary proposals.
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads to site visits and closures.
Coordinate with
Solar Consultants
for on-site visits and final assessments.
Update and manage lead progress in the
CRM
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and ensure lead-to-conversion ratios are met.
Keep updated on solar product knowledge, subsidy schemes (e.g., PM Surya Ghar), and local DISCOM policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 years
of experience in
rooftop solar sales (mandatory)
.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Language fluency:
Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
.
Good understanding of solar systems (panels, inverters, subsidy, net metering, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.
Ability to work independently and hit performance-based targets.
