Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs

• Onboarding & HR Operations:

• Create and implement onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Track attendance, leaves, and work schedules

• HR Policies & Compliance:

• Draft and implement company policies and ensure adherence
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

• Performance Management:

• Design and track performance review processes
• Support in setting KRAs and performance feedback cycles
• Coordinate with department heads for appraisals and development plans

• Culture & Engagement:

• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Build a positive and transparent workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Human Resources / Business Administration

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic labor laws, payroll processes, and HRMS tools preferred
