Inside Sales Executive

We are a fast-growing software development agency offering custom web, mobile, SaaS, and automation solutions. We’re expanding our Inside Sales team to drive lead generation efforts in the US market.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a dynamic and fluent Inside Sales Executive to conduct outbound cold calls to potential US-based clients. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our senior sales team. This is a calling-focused, non-closing sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80–100 outbound cold calls per day to B2B prospects in the US
• Clearly present our software development services and generate interest
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls
• Follow structured scripts while adapting your pitch based on the conversation
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, calls, and outcomes in CRM
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless hand-off of leads
• Consistently meet or exceed call and appointment booking targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or international voice process
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear US or neutral accent
• Confidence in speaking with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
• Familiarity with basic IT services like web/app development is preferred
• Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift)
• Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Worked in international BPO/KPO or outbound US sales campaigns
• Prior experience generating B2B leads in the US or Canada market
