Job Description

BlueBenz Technologies is a growing software company delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that empower global businesses to scale efficiently. We are looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive (US Shift) to join our team and connect with clients across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Engage with US-based clients to understand their business needs and propose software solutions.
Schedule product demos and follow up to close deals.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral accent.
Ability to work during US business hours (Night Shift IST).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling.
