Inside Sales Executive

BlueBenz Technologies is a growing software company delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that empower global businesses to scale efficiently. We are looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive (US Shift) to join our team and connect with clients across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online research.
• Engage with US-based clients to understand their business needs and propose software solutions.
• Schedule product demos and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral accent.
• Ability to work during US business hours (Night Shift IST).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling.
