Job Description

BlueBenz Digitizations is a fast-growing software company providing innovative IT and digital solutions to global clients. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic female Telecaller / Inside Sales Executives to engage with clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and clients.
Present and promote company software products and services.
Understand client needs and schedule demos or follow-ups with the sales team.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversations in CRM tools.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Willing to work in US shift (Night Shift IST).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support preferred.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
