Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at our company based in Gurgaon, you will play a key role in engaging with both inbound and outbound leads through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. Your main responsibilities will include qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, and arranging virtual meetings or demos. It will be essential for you to collaborate effectively with the field sales and operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a strong follow-up system and track the sales pipeline diligently using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets. Market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers will be a crucial part of your role, as well as supporting in proposal creation, contract closures, and responding to RFPs. Keeping accurate records of all communication and updating lead progress regularly will be necessary for successful performance. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures will also be expected of you. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for prior experience in B2B/corporate sales or tele sales. Experience in service-oriented sectors such as logistics, transportation, car rental, or employee mobility would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage. Building strong client relationships over phone and email will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Please note that this job requires you to be present at the Gurgaon office 6 days a week. Only candidates who are comfortable with this arrangement should apply. To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in inside sales, 7 years in the car rental industry, 5 years of working 6 days a week, 8 years in B2B sales, 7 years in the logistics industry, and 6 years in the employee transport industry. The work location for this position is in person at Gurgaon, Haryana.
