Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and sustainability innovations to deliver cutting-edge interior solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Over 10 years of hands-on experience in interior design, project execution, and client management. A strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects. Proficiency in leading design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, D5 Render, and Vantage. Expertise in Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and sales quotations. Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices. Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining excellence and meeting deadlines. Experience in luxury residential and commercial interiors. Proven track record in business development and sales, with the ability to generate and close deals.
