Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Operando Laminates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and going on field in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect with, and manage clients such as dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, dealers, and contractors Promote and sell Operando’s innovative range of laminates and surface solutions Conduct regular field visits and product presentations Follow up on leads, close deals, and generate new business attend expos Maintain accurate sales reports and client data Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution Keep up with market trends and competitor activity Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience in field sales (1–3 years minimum) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Strong networking and relationship-building ability Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone Knowledge of laminates/building materials is a bonus Perks & Benefits: Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities within the company Training and support from a passionate leadership team
