Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Calicut ,Mankavu

Position Overview:

Xylem Learning is seeking passionate, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales and counselling team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine academic advisement with consultative inside sales, guiding students and their families to make well-informed decisions regarding their educational journey. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our academic programs, addressing learner needs, and contributing to student enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the organization’s lead database.
  • Evaluate students' academic background, learning aspirations, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
  • Articulate course details including curriculum highlights, value propositions, pricing, and scheduling with clarity and confidence.
  • Foster trust and rapport through empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented counselling.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions by meeting or exceeding monthly enrolment targets.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progression using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed on course updates, student feedback, and ongoing promotional initiatives.
  • Provide timely post-enrolment assistance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
  • Previous experience in academic counselling, telesales, or customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the education sector are welcome to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to actively listen and respond with empathy.
  • Aptitude for building meaningful connections and offering personalised guidance.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to achieving goals.
  • Proficient in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

  • Performance bonus
