What you'll do?

• Speak to clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel goals.
• Recommend the right cruise packages with confidence and flair.
• Convert leads into bookings through proactive follow-ups.
• Handle end-to-end bookings: reservations, documentation, special requests.
• Deliver WOW-worthy customer service and resolve queries quickly.
• Stay up to speed with offers, trends, and industry updates.
• Upsell extras like excursions, stays, and services to enhance value.
