Position: Domestic Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their needs and convert them into paying clients.
  • Recommend additional programs, bundles, and educational tools to existing customers to maximize revenue.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our educational offerings and student success stories to pitch persuasively.
  • Keep CRM data updated with lead stages, call metrics, and follow-ups for efficient pipeline tracking.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and collaborating with support teams.
  • Relay on-ground insights to marketing, product, and activation teams for continuous improvement.
