Job Title: Inside Sales Executive USA Market (Pune-Based | US Time Zone)

Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Executive to focus on business development in the USA market, working from our Pune office. This is a full-time, India-based role that requires mandatory alignment with U.S. time zones (EST/PST). Ideal for candidates with 0.6 to 1 year of experience in inside sales or lead generation, especially in IT/ERP domains. Prior knowledge of SAP ERP will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads across the United States, using outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools.
  • Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and virtual sales meetings with decision-makers in the U.S.
  • Understand client pain points and position SAP ERP and related IT solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects across industries like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, and Services.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. business development team to strategize account penetration and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Research market trends and competitors in the U.S. to optimize outreach strategy.
  • Work in U.S. business hours (EST or PST) as per campaign/region requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 0.6 to 1 year in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably IT or ERP-related).
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise software; SAP ERP knowledge is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication suited to U.S. business culture.
  • Work Schedule: Mandatory flexibility to work in U.S. time zones (EST or PST).
  • Location: Must be based in Pune and willing to work full-time from the office.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and cold-calling skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with CXOs, IT managers, and procurement heads virtually.
  • Goal-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days will be preferred.
