Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive Real Estate

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full Time

Department: Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and amenities clearly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the field sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain client engagement through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Support the closing of deals in coordination with the on-ground sales team.
Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
Maintain market and competitor knowledge to position offerings effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or service sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Confident and persuasive with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
