About the Role

We’re seeking a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the US market. The role involves working with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers across industries while collaborating with the sales & marketing teams to deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Generate qualified leads for Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• 📞 Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach & email campaigns
• 🤝 Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads
• 📅 Schedule demos/meetings for the sales/technical team
• 🗂 Maintain accurate lead records on CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• 🎯 Achieve monthly & quarterly lead generation targets
• 📢 Share market insights & competitor intelligence

Requirements

• 2–3 years in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions (ERP/CRM preferred)
• Experience handling the US market & cross-time zones
• Strong knowledge of BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC frameworks
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io
• Excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform)
• Knowledge of industries like Manufacturing, Distribution, Services in the US market
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or IT
