You will be responsible for interacting with prospective students/parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them to choose the right learning programs. This is a performance-based role with great incentives and growth opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp & emails generated through marketing campaigns Understand student/parent needs and suggest appropriate courses and packages Achieve weekly/monthly targets of enrollments Maintain accurate follow-ups using CRM tools Build long-term relationships by providing honest guidance and value to learners Upsell or cross-sell where relevant to maximize user experience and results Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent communication in English & Hindi Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven individual Prior experience in EdTech/B2C/Inside Sales is preferred Freshers with strong communication & passion for sales can apply Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced target environment
