Job Description

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting walk-in patients, following up with prospects, and supporting the clinic in achieving monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, understanding of hair & skincare treatments, and the ability to guide patients through the consultation and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Attend to inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Understand patient concerns and guide them toward suitable clinic services.
  • Convert leads into consultations and procedure bookings.
  • Maintain high follow-up frequency to maximize conversion potential.

2. Sales Activities

  • Explain treatment plans, pricing, offers, and packages confidently.
  • Support counsellors and doctors in consultation rooms and present solutions clearly.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status and follow-up notes in CRM.

3. Patient Coordination

  • Ensure smooth patient experience from entry to exit.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and coordination with front desk and clinical teams.
  • Resolve basic queries about procedures, timelines, and costs.

4. Communication & Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with new and existing patients to ensure trust and long-term association.
  • Share pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions as guided by clinical staff.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and patient-centered communication.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update CRM/lead tracker daily with follow-up details and statuses.
  • Share daily and weekly sales reports with the manager.
  • Follow compliance, documentation, and clinic protocols strictly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Sales mindset with ability to work under monthly targets.
  • Good knowledge of hair transplant, skincare, and aesthetic treatments (preferred but can be trained).
  • Ability to multitask and handle walk-in pressure.
  • Presentable personality and patient-friendly approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in clinics, hospitals, wellness, or beauty/aesthetic centers is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (as per QHT Clinic working hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,655.62 - ₹25,000.00 per month
