Inside Sales Executive
(Male Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle lead generation, client communication, and sales conversions from the office. The role involves working closely with customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Contact potential customers, explain product offerings, and qualify leads.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Share quotations, pricing, and product details with customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, daily reports, and sales trackers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly inside sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of inside sales or tele sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to convince, negotiate, and close leads.
  • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and good at follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
