Marketing Coordination Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Manage content updates, social media, email marketing, and event support Liaise with agencies, designers, and internal teams for timely execution Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign performance Maintain and update marketing collaterals and customer communication tools 2. Inbound Lead Handling & Qualification Respond promptly to inbound leads (from website, ads, referrals, etc.) Understand customer needs, budget, and timeline Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks Record lead details in CRM and assign qualified leads to appropriate sales reps Follow up with unqualified leads for nurturing campaigns Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or PG in Marketing/Sales is a plus) Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing, pre-sales, or customer-facing role (Experience in B2B, industrial, or building materials sector is preferred) Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of digital marketing tools (email, social media, CRM) Familiar with lead qualification frameworks and basic sales process Organized, proactive, and good at multitasking Comfortable using CRM tools Basic Excel and reporting skills Personality Traits: Confident and persuasive communicator High responsiveness and follow-through Detail-oriented and process-driven Energetic and customer-focused mindset
