Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 1+years of experience in inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, convincing clients, and driving sales for our web development solutions. This role is crucial for building client relationships and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Effectively present and promote Oximobi Media’s web development services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients to understand their business needs. Convince clients to choose our web development solutions using strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Manage and maintain a detailed database of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in inside sales (any industry). Graduate (any discipline).
