We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients and follow up on quotes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-7 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices.
