JOB DESCRIPTION Executive - INSIDE SALES The Inside Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in the execution of our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role is for key talented and competitive Inside Sales players who can work on generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales Line Relationship: Job Holder Requirements: Extensive experience in Digital Sales /Inside sales with number of years of experience: 3 - 5 years Type of companies/sectors worked for: Ideally but not restricted to Healthcare Companies (Preference will be given for experience in B2B Inside sales in KPO/BPO) Business Head - INSIDE SALES Responsibilities managed in previous organization: tele sales, cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, managing International leads, Technology skills and knowledge of Advance IE Explorer and Chrome, Basic Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Manager -INSIDE SALES Experience working with CRM (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Deputy Manager /Asst Mgr - INSIDE SALES Maintaining Daily and Monthly Targets Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines Executive INSIDE SALES Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak fluently in English, Hindi.


Core Tasks and Responsibilities: Drive new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound campaigns Understand customer needs and requirements and propose Medikabazaar solutions (Products) Identify and close opportunities with existing customers Establish relationship with proactive account management to increase customer contact Close sales and achieve monthly targets Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns, trade shows / events and programs to help generate new prospects / opportunities (if required) Behavioural Competencies Communication skills Self confidence Result oriented Influencing and Negotiation Relationship Building Ability to work under pressure Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to toggle between several different programs and not get overwhelmed Strong organization and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to sit for 8+ hours a day answering inbound calls / Outbound calls.
