Role Summary

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support our business development team. You’ll research companies, identify the right decision-makers, and reach out through emails, calls, and LinkedIn. Once a lead shows interest, you’ll pass it on to our Business Manager or BDMs for follow-up and closure.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research potential B2B clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
• Reach out to leads through cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages
• Personalize outreach for better engagement
• Maintain daily outreach target of 250–300 combined actions
• Track and manage data in CRM or spreadsheets
• Qualify leads and forward warm prospects to BD team
• Report to the assigned manager and support weekly performance reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools
• High ownership mindset, organized, and target-driven
• Comfortable with performance tracking and repetitive outreach
