Job Summary The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. This role involves proactive outreach, understanding customer needs, and promoting products or services to achieve sales targets. Shift timing 10 am to 7 pm with saturday half day and sunday full day week off Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Understand customer requirements and present relevant product/service solutions. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations. Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand technical or product-related details (if applicable).
