Job Description

Job Summary-

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities-

  • Call and engage with inbound leads received through various channels.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings for Area Sales Managers with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date lead and activity records on the CRM.
  • Share timely reports on calls, leads, and meetings scheduled.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects where needed to nurture interest until ready for conversion.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling or lead qualification roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language:

    Fluency in

    English and Hindi

    is a must. Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
