Job Summary - We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, in-office role where you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, scheduling meetings for the Area Sales Managers, and ensuring accurate reporting through the CRM system. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales enablement. Key Responsibilities - Call and engage with inbound leads received through various channels. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess potential business opportunities. Schedule appointments/meetings for Area Sales Managers with qualified prospects. Maintain up-to-date lead and activity records on the CRM. Share timely reports on calls, leads, and meetings scheduled. Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Follow up with prospects where needed to nurture interest until ready for conversion. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling or lead qualification roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be a strong advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting. Self-motivated and organized.
