Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Preferred Female Candidate)
Company: Fairstreet India Pvt Ltd
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Onsite)
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales through phone, email, and online channels. This role involves identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and closing deals to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain and update the sales database with lead information.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain records of sales activities and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment & Benefits:

  • Full-time position with performance-based incentives.
  • Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
