Job Description

Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, social media, and web inquiries • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from existing databases or lead generation sources • Qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and explain service offerings • Schedule meetings and design consultations for the sales/design team • Collaborate closely with architects and designers to provide initial information to clients • Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead, contact, and activity records • Follow up on leads to nurture and convert them into appointments or sales • Support in achieving monthly sales targets and pipeline goalRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
