Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor. Located in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include managing site workers, coordinating with designers and fabricators, ensuring safety regulations are followed, conducting site inspections, and reporting on project progress. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Supervision, Construction Management, and Project Coordination
• Knowledge of Metal Fabrication, Architectural Metalwork, and Building Materials
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Familiarity with Safety Regulations, Standards, and Compliance
• Excellent Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Organizational skills
• Willingness to work across various construction sites and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Relevant work experience in metal fabrication or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
