Training & Development • Identify training needs and organize workshops to support employee growth and skill development. Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in professional services or creative industries. • Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll systems, and labor laws. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills: • Experience in a design/architecture or creative firm environment. • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll tools (e.g., Zoho People, greytHR, etc.). • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
