Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and values. • Advise senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and policy development. 2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. • Design and execute an engaging onboarding program for new hires. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. • Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives, surveys, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms. • Resolve employee issues and grievances professionally and promptly. 4. Performance Management • Implement and manage a performance appraisal system. • Support managers in setting KPIs, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. 5. Payroll & Compliance • Oversee monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and related documentation. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations. 6. HR Operations & Administration • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Oversee attendance, leave management, contracts, and HR documentation. • Manage employee exit processes including full & final settlements and exit interviews. 7. Training & Development • Identify training needs and organize workshops to support employee growth and skill development. Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in professional services or creative industries. • Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll systems, and labor laws. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills: • Experience in a design/architecture or creative firm environment. • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll tools (e.g., Zoho People, greytHR, etc.). • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
