Job Description

Job role:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in the chat-based sales process. In this role, you will engage potential customers via live chat, understand their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate services or health packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound customer inquiries via chat
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services.
Educate prospects about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of our diagnostic solutions.
Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments or sales through persuasive selling techniques.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.
Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert, using predefined workflows.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales conversion and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in any field (Science/Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in chat support, inside sales, or customer service.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Good understanding of the diagnostic/healthcare sector is a plus.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
