Job Description

Female Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, direct dials, and follow-ups.
Promote products like
polypropylene micro fibers, plasters, mortars, cements, and real estate-related materials
over phone calls and digital platforms.
Understand customer needs and share appropriate product information.
Schedule appointments and hand over warm leads to the field sales team.
Maintain and update client database (CRM or Excel).
Follow up with prospects and ensure consistent engagement.
Work closely with the field sales team to support conversion.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly lead reports

Key Requirements:

23 years
of experience in
inside sales, tele calling, or customer interaction
, preferably in
construction or real estate sectors
.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi
(mandatory).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools or basic Excel (preferred).
