Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to general trade stores across assigned territories to promote company products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders through effective communication skills.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or related role (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of general trade channels, including distribution networks and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
