Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Bridging Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced sales environment. Your ability to quickly grasp concepts, negotiate effectively, and demonstrate a proven track record of success will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new business, build relationships, provide technical information, and prepare quotations to develop sales opportunities. - Source new leads through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails, understand customer needs, close sales, and achieve quarterly quotas. - Analyze competitor information, identify sales opportunities, research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest. - Maintain and expand a prospect database within your assigned territory, and conduct effective online demos to prospects. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in inside sales with a strong track record of exceeding quota. - Strong phone presence and B2B sales experience in the US market. - Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening, and presentation abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. **About Bridging Technologies:** Based in California, USA, Bridging Technologies is a leading healthcare software and application product company dedicated to transforming healthcare concepts into reality.
