Job Description

managing TruKKers client portfolio in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

Client Management Riyadh Focus

  • Act as the

    primary contact for all Riyadh-based clients

    , ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Understand client transport needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Maintain regular engagement with decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Customer Acquisition & Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Riyadhs logistics and land transport sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop proposals, rate cards, and SLAs aligned with customer requirements.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all Riyadh client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Provide weekly reports on client performance, revenue forecasts, and lost/won opportunities.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with operations, pricing, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the collections team in Riyadh for overdue payments and timely invoice closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 24 years of inside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience (preferably in logistics or land transport).
  • Knowledge of

    Saudi logistics market

    with direct exposure to Riyadh clients.

Language:

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)

    and English (verbal & written).

Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • Sales/Logistics certifications are a plus.
