Shift: Night Shift CST (US/Global Markets)

Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)

What You Will Do

- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and virtual demos.

- Understand customer needs and pitch SaaS solutions, demonstrating their value.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving opportunities from lead generation to

closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring long-term business

growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to optimize

sales strategies.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry best practices.

What Were Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B Inside Sales (preferably selling to global markets).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close deals independently.
