As an International Voice Process Inside sales Associate in the Credit Card Sales Executive domain, you will be responsible for engaging with international customers over inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell credit card products. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, presenting suitable credit card offerings, explaining features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria, and successfully closing sales. You will also address customer queries related to credit card applications, activation, and usage while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused sales approach, and the ability to maintain a professional and confident tone throughout every interaction.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers in a professional and persuasive manner to promote credit card products.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card offerings, clearly explaining features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria.

• Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into successful credit card applications while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including sales conversions, call productivity, revenue targets, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth processing of credit card applications and resolve any sales-related escalations.

- Work Location: Bellandur

- Shifts: UK Shift, US Shift, & Rotational Shift (6 days work /1 days off)

- Salary- Upto 6.5LPA
